Lately i have seen more and more requests on various subs for 'high rise' jeans. I have seen a range of suggestions and opinions but few measurements, so here is a list of the front rise on a bunch of jeans I have seen described as high rise for size 32:
Schnayderman's Beit (more like denim trousers): 14''
TCB 40s: 13.5''
Ubranded (UB) 621, UB 669: 12.5"
UB 601, UB 670: 12.25"
UB 622, UB 644: 12"
UB 655: 11.5"
N&F Easy Guy: 12"
Muji regular fit: 11.5''
Stan Ray Painter's: 13.25''
Natalino: 12.8''
Made Well Vintage: 12 3/4''
Made Well 1991: 12 3/4''
Informale JE-19: 12.4''
TCB 505 10.98''
Sugar Cane 1966 12''
Sugar Cane 1947 11.5''
Japan Blue J401: 11.4
Edwin Loose Straight: 11.33''
Wrangler Cowboy Cut: 11 1/8'' (site does not specify what size this measurement comes from but typically the default is 32)
Uniqlo Regular fit: no measurement but I am guessing around 11.5'' based on my pair
Livid jeans Barnes fit: 11.4''
Railcar Spikes: 11''
Momotaro G0-19 MB. 11.4''
Drakes: 12.3''
Nudies Rad Rufus: 11''

N&F Strong Guy: 11.5''
N&F True Guy: 13''
Berg & Berg: 12.6''
TCB 50s: 12''
Orslow 105 (Size 2): 11.8''
Warehouse 1001xx 1947: 12''
Bronson Mfg Co Lot 801XX 1950s Vintage: 13.6" raw (12.2" one wash)
Bryceland's 133: 13" raw (12" one wash)
Frizmworks OG Selvedge Regular Denim Pants: 14.1"
Jelado Age Of Longing 301xx: 12.8" raw (12.2" one wash)
Scott Fraser Collection High Waisted Denim Jeans: 13.25" (this is for a 33" waist, they don't do 32")
The Real McCoys Lot S003: 12.8" raw (11.8" one wash)
If you want to go higher than that, probably the easiest route is to try women's jeans. for example, nudie's clean eileen hits a 12.75'' front rise for size 32 and there is nothing inherently feminine about the jeans
Also, I am sure I am missing some good options, so feel free to comment any suggestions with the front rise listed. An important caveat to all this is that front rise at "size 32" can mean very different things depending on the pant's actual waist. for some of these you may have to size up or down to get the right fit in the waist, which will mean a lower or higher waist depending
